Job summary

The City of Atlanta Department of Aviation (DOA) seeks a Sustainability Program Manager to oversee ESG reporting, ACA accreditation, and sustainability initiatives for the department. This role handles program management, budgeting, and stakeholder coordination across internal and external partners.

The candidate will lead cross-functional teams, drive timely completion of ACA audits, maintain document libraries, and shape strategic sustainability planning in alignment with DOA goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• 5 years of progressively responsible sustainability, environmental compliance or related experience including 3 years of supervisory/administrative experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads cross-functional teams for ESG and ACA tasks with internal and external stakeholders.
• Creates and maintains documentation; facilitates annual document reviews to ensure compliance evidence.
• Completes tasks required for biannual ACA audits and maintains ACA accreditation.
