Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Associate degree or higher required; high school diploma with 4 years relevant experience acceptable.
• Ten years of progressive management experience in the airline industry, including 3+ years managing multiple airline contracts with 75+ flights per week.
• Ability to read/interpret contracts and safety rules in English; strong financial operation understanding.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day station operations and ensure compliance with company and federal policies.
• Lead safety, security, and regulatory compliance across all station activities.
• Control expenses and pursue profitability improvements; monitor KPIs and SLA compliance.
• Develop staffing plans, training, and performance management; lead staff meetings and communications.
