Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Memphis, TN is seeking a Duty Manager to oversee daily employee shuttle operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective service. You will lead a team of CDL drivers, coordinate schedules, and maintain strong customer relations.

The role requires supervisory experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and credentials per airport/state. TN CDL A or B with P endorsement preferred.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• Supervisory experience required.
• Two years in Bussing/Employee Shuttle preferred.
• TN CDL A or B with P endorsement preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of CDL drivers.
• Provide safety training and monthly operator retraining.
• Attend daily customer briefings.
• Coach and supervise Supervisors.
• Review schedules to meet contract hours.
• Create reports using Excel, Word, and Google Office.
• Coordinate with Safety and Compliance.
• Work in office or field during a 24-hour period.
• Enforce safety policies and regulations.
