Job summary

Fast Park & Relax is seeking a dependable Shuttle Driver to provide safe, friendly transportation between our parking facility and the airport terminal in Hebron, KY. You will operate clean, well‑maintained vehicles and contribute to a positive passenger experience.

We offer a competitive hourly wage with tips, comprehensive benefits, and a 24/7 schedule with various shifts. Applicants must be 21+, hold a valid license, and pass DOT medical and background checks.

Qualifications

Must be 21 years of age.
Valid driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record.
Must obtain a DOT Medical Examiner’s Certificate.
Experience delivering excellent customer service and working with diverse populations.
Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report any issues.
Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
Maintain a clean driving record and participate in required training.
