The role requires a valid U.S. driver’s license, clean record, and DOT permit. Flexibility for varied shifts and outdoor work is expected, with duties including pre/post-trip inspections and customer assistance.

Qualifications

• Valid U.S. driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Basic computer skills.
• Previous passenger transportation or shuttle driving experience preferred.
• Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Proficient in English.
• Knowledge of local roads, traffic patterns, and airport procedures.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage.
• State-certified DOT driver’s certificate permitting airport shuttle operation.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a smile.
• Assist passengers with loading/unloading luggage.
• Transport passengers to and from the airport safely and on schedule.
• Follow routes and schedules, adapt to traffic.
• Report issues to management.
• Maintain shuttle vehicle cleanliness.
• Answer phones per SOP and assist customers with Park N Boston info.
• Support parking attendants and shuttle operations as needed.
