Job summary

Joe’s Airport Parking in Los Angeles is seeking a friendly shuttle driver to transport passengers between airport parking facilities safely. You will greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide excellent service while complying with DOT and company policies.

The role requires a valid shuttle vehicle license, a clean driving record, and willingness to work all shifts, including holidays. We offer full-time and part-time positions with benefits, training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or five years shuttle driving experience.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Must read and speak English sufficiently (DOT requirement).
• Must be able to read, interpret and follow regulations and procedures.
• Knowledge of shuttle bus operations, ADA lifts, GPS, and luggage handling.

Responsibilities

• Must be available to work all shifts, including holidays.
• Report to work on time and in uniform.
• Conduct shuttle pre-trip inspection and complete forms.
• Greet customers, assist with luggage, and provide customer service.
• Demonstrate knowledge of the facility and airport terminals.
• Cooperate with team members to provide the best possible service.
• Answer inquiries about rates, services, and promotions.
• Assist in loading/unloading luggage and ADA passengers.
• Maintain clean and orderly shuttle bus.
• Report incidents/operational issues to supervisor.
