Job summary

Hilton Garden Inn Orlando airport is seeking a Shuttle Driver to provide professional, courteous service by transporting guests and luggage to/from airport and hotel facilities. Operate hotel vehicles safely and provide prompt, friendly service.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, maintaining vehicle cleanliness, complying with traffic laws, and maintaining transport logs. Must have open availability including nights, holidays, and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Valid state driver license; CDL preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and understand English.
• Security background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, assist with luggage, and transport them safely to/from approved locations.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of vehicles, including servicing and pre-driving checks.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, handle complaints, and provide information about hotel services and facilities.
• Adhere to security procedures for guest room keys and information and follow all traffic regulations while transporting guests.
• Lift luggage and packages, manage deliveries, and handle guest transportation logs and schedules.
• Must be able to drive manual/automatic vehicles and communicate effectively.
