Job summary

PrimeFlight Aviation Services is seeking a Shuttle Bus Driver to transport passengers between airport locations safely and on schedule. The role requires a valid CDL Class B with P Endorsement and strong communication skills in English.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must hold a valid driver's license.
• Communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to access and interpret information in print and electronically, including the use of electronic devices.
• Eligibility to acquire needed credentials and clearances (FAA, RAIC, TSA, Port Authority, U.S. Customs and U.S. Postal- as applicable).
• Flexibility to work various shifts including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport passengers between terminals, parking lots, and other airport locations.
• Operate shuttle buses and vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
• Adhere to all traffic and airport regulations while driving.
• Assist passengers with embarking and disembarking, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Handle passenger luggage with care during loading and unloading.
• Maintain a clean and orderly vehicle at all times.
• Provide passengers with information about airport facilities and services.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and report issues.
• Keep accurate records of travel routes, passenger counts, and schedules.
• Respond professionally to passenger inquiries and provide customer service.
• Coordinate with airport staff and other drivers to manage traffic and parking challenges.
• Stay informed of flight schedules and airport events to anticipate passenger needs.
