Hotel Equities currently seeks a Shuttle Driver / Bell Person for the Kansas City Airport Marriott in Kansas City, Missouri. The ideal candidate holds a CDL with open availability and can deliver exceptional guest service while transporting guests and assisting with luggage.

Responsibilities include safe shuttle operation, luggage handling, and communicating hotel services and local attractions. The role blends transportation with bell duties in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid CDL and open availability.
• Prior hospitality, shuttle driving, or valet experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and insurance requirements per state and company.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport guests to and from the airport and designated locations.
• Assist guests with luggage during shuttle service.
• Deliver friendly, professional, and efficient guest service.
• Maintain shuttle vehicle cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as needed.
• Explain hotel services and local attractions to guests.
• Follow safety procedures and uniform standards.
• Greet guests warmly and respond to inquiries.
