Job summary

FAST PARK Co. in Raleigh is seeking a Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests between our parking facility and the airport terminal. You will operate clean shuttle buses, ensure passenger safety, and deliver a friendly, efficient experience.

The role requires a valid driver's license, minimum age 21, DOT certification, and a track record of safe driving. You will complete pre-trip inspections, assist with luggage, and communicate effectively with dispatch and guests.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Valid driver's license with current address and clean record.
• Must be 21 years of age.
• DOT Medical Examiner's Certificate required.
• Experience with diverse populations and excellent customer service.
• Experience performing pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a shuttle bus while adhering to traffic laws and DOT regulations.
• Transport passengers to and from designated locations on established routes and schedules.
• Maintain accurate trip counts and required documentation.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections and report issues.
• Keep the shuttle interior and exterior clean and orderly.
• Deliver excellent customer service and address passenger questions courteously.
• Assist passengers with luggage and belongings.
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, guest ambassadors, and team members.
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and customer service standards.
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times.
• Report accidents or incidents immediately.
