MSE Branded Foods is hiring a skilled Shift Supervisor for the Myrtle Beach International Airport location. You will lead a fast-paced team, deliver outstanding guest experiences, and help drive sales in a busy airport environment.

The role requires 1-2 years of leadership in a restaurant setting, strong communication, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime. Paid training, a flexible schedule, and incentives are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-2 years of leadership experience in restaurant or similar environment preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with POS systems.
• Ability to work various shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Must have clean background history.

Responsabilités

• Lead and model excellent customer service in line with MSE standards
• Train, coach, and develop team members to maximize sales and profitability
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and food quality standards
• Assist with managing cash and register operations as needed
• Maintain a professional appearance adhering to company dress policies
• Support the General Manager in daily restaurant operations and employee management
