Job summary

SSP America in Denver is seeking a Shared Services Specialist - Finance and HR to support accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and HR administration in an airport environment. This is an on-site role starting at $24.00 per hour and 32+ hours per week.

You will handle onboarding, badging, parking, SSP Academy training, and signatory duties for airport credentials, working with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate reporting. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of combined accounting/finance and human resources experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; hospitality/retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable, cash handling and reporting.
• Support Cash room, vouchers, and inventory controls; reconcile items.
• Collaborate with IT and other departments to generate reports and ensure procedures.
• Handle onboarding, badging, parking, and SSP Academy training.
• Uphold compliance with financial procedures and confidentiality.
