Job summary

JSX is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented Airport Services Concierge to welcome customers at check-in, keep the lounge stocked, and assist with baggage screening and security procedures. You may perform valet duties, driving and parking customer vehicles, while ensuring on-time performance and safety throughout all interactions.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift up to 75 pounds, and willingness to work early mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of computer systems (Google Business, Microsoft Office).
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work flexible shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with check-in and lounge services.
• Ensure baggage and passenger screening compliance.
• Drive, park, and retrieve customer vehicles as needed.
• Maintain safety and security in accordance with DOT/FAA guidelines.
• Support in opening and closing procedures and perform other duties as assigned.

Job Description:Job Summary:You will be one of the first Crewmembers our Customers meet upon arrival to the station. Your priority is to provide Customers with an effortless and seamless check-in experience, while also ensuring the lounge is in tip-top shape & fully stocked with amenities. Strong attention to detail is required; you are responsible to verify that all documents been properly vetted, baggage has been screened, and Customers are fit to fly. When assigned, you may be responsible for valet duties: driving, parking and retrieving customer vehicles, and assisting customers in and out of their vehicle during arrival and departure. On-time performance is imperative in this role.
