Job summary

ACTS Brand is seeking a Security Agent for an immediate opening at the Louis Armstrong International Airport in New Orleans, LA. This role involves inspecting airline equipment, screening cargo, and monitoring activities to ensure aviation security.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, strong communication skills, and a willingness to work under various environmental conditions. Benefits include medical, dental, vision insurance, and 401K with matching.

Qualifications

• Must be willing to work in cold temperatures.
• Completion of an FBI fingerprint check and a confirmed 10-year background check is required.
• Must hold a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Inspect airline equipment and check for unauthorized items.
• Screen cargo using designated equipment and methods.
• Perform aircraft monitoring and passenger wanding according to specifications.
• Observe and monitor unit activity and surroundings.
• Report to Operations Supervisor or Manager.
