Job summary

Unifi Security LLC in Rapid City, SD is hiring a Security Employee Screener Supervisor to oversee provisioning and access control for all individuals accessing client facilities. You will ensure proper authorization and secure entry to buildings, while supervising screening staff and maintaining safety standards.

The role is full-time, non-exempt, with AM/PM shifts and benefits including weekly pay, PTO, medical/dental/vision plans, 401(k), discounts, wellness programs, and flight privileges

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Possess a valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
• Oversee daily screening and access control operations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure secure facility entry.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate screening personnel; provide ongoing training and enforce compliance with security and appearance standards.
• Conduct and monitor security inspections, including ID verification, bag checks, body scans, and ETD screenings.
• Respond to and document security incidents, alarms, and emergencies while maintaining clear communication with management.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and inspections to support security compliance and performance tracking.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards.
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
