Unifi Security LLC is seeking a Security Employee Screener Supervisor in Seattle. This full-time, non-exempt role oversees provisioning and access control for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors, ensuring proper authorization and secure entry to client facilities.

Responsibilities include managing daily site operations, supervising screening staff, conducting inspections, and documenting incidents and inspections.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling assignments and overseeing employee performance.
• Oversee daily screening and access control operations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors to ensure secure facility entry.
• Supervise, schedule, and evaluate screening personnel; provide ongoing training and enforce compliance with security and appearance standards.
• Conduct and monitor security inspections, including ID verification, bag checks, body scans, and ETD screenings.
• Respond to and document security incidents, alarms, and emergencies while maintaining clear communication with management.
• Prepare detailed reports on daily operations, incidents, and inspections to support security compliance and performance tracking.
