You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors, and communicate professionally with airport personnel and the public. Pay Rate: $26.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeWed05:30 AM - 02:00 PMSun08:00 AM - 04:30 PM

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, airport personnel, and/or other stakeholders while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, roadways, perimeter areas, and other assigned airport locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy violations.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and visitor activity in accordance with established airport and government facility procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; notify appropriate airport personnel, public agencies, and/or supervisors as directed.
• Document observations, patrols, incidents, and relevant activities accurately and promptly in required reports and logs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
