Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $24.25 / Hour

Job Schedule:

DayTimeMon03:30 PM - 12:00 AMSun03:30 PM - 12:00 AM

This role requires 2 weeks of paid, in person training, in a full time capacity before starting the shift applied to. Training will be Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm.

Requirements:

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and/or airport partners while carrying out site-specific procedures and security-related protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, access points, and other assigned airport property.
• Observe and report suspicious activity, unauthorized access, hazards, and/or unusual conditions to appropriate personnel in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Maintain detailed logs, complete incident reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors and/or authorized airport representatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
