Requirements:

1+ years airport experience.

• Valid Driver's License (+1 years)
• 18+ years of age

• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently

• Ability to pass a background check, physical, and drug screening
• Ability to pass a background check according to the DOT Pass and ID office

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, employees, and tenants by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an airport location.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and public-facing spaces; verify credentials and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with airport operations, law enforcement, emergency services, and/or other designated personnel as directed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, parking areas, perimeter locations, and other assigned areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify potential security-related concerns.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain required logs related to incidents, patrols, access control activity, and customer service interactions.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
