Job summary

American Airlines is seeking an organized administrative professional to manage SIDA badging for new hires, transfers, and employees. You will ensure compliance with MDAD, TSA, CBP requirements and act as the primary liaison to resolve badge and access issues.

Responsibilities include scheduling fingerprinting, maintaining records, and coordinating onboarding resources. Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and prior office/clerical experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ability to handle reports and documents.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in badge records and audits.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SIDA badging process for new hires, transfers, and badge renewals.
• Ensure compliance with MDAD, TSA, CBP and company security policies.
• Serve as liaison between employees and badging authorities to resolve badge issues.
• Schedule fingerprinting, security assessments, badge appointments, and recurrent training.
• Maintain accurate badging records, access permissions and compliance documentation.
• Support onboarding activities including badge issuance, system access and resources.
• Conduct badge and access audits and coordinate renewals to ensure access continuity.
• Prepare reports for internal audits and inspections by MDAD, CBP, TSA, and leadership.
