Job summary

Fountain is hiring a Member Growth/Sales Ambassador in Phoenix, Arizona, to enhance traveler experiences at the airport. You will engage travelers directly, explaining CLEAR's benefits, enrolling new members, and meeting defined sales goals in a high-energy environment.

Ideal candidates should possess over 3 years of sales experience, be resilient communicators, and be results-driven. The role requires flexibility in scheduling and completion of airport security checks. Compensation includes an hourly base pay of $19.00 plus an uncapped commission structure.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older; able to stand for up to 8 hours per day.
• Open availability and flexibility for shifts, including weekends/holidays.
• Successful completion of airport badging and government screening, including a drug test.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments and close sales.
• Support renewals/reactivations and encourage referrals.
• Recommend TSA PreCheck enrollment and other relevant offerings.
• Maintain great customer experiences and ensure security compliance.
• Stay focused on achieving individual and team sales goals.
