Job summary

Hudson Group is seeking a Retail Stock Manager I to oversee comprehensive stock operations for locations with sales up to $20 million. You will manage receiving, inventory control, and merchandise flow to optimize stock levels and maximize sales, coordinating with the Retail Director of Operations to achieve KPIs.

You will manage relationships with vendors, supervise cross-functional teams across retail, restaurants, and duty-free shops, and implement procedures to ensure regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• 4+ years in stock operations or inventory management.
• 1+ year in a management role overseeing stock operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related field can count for 2 of the 4-year requirement.
• Experience with SAP or CrunchTime; SAP/WMS experience preferred and regulatory compliance knowledge

Responsibilities

• Oversee stock operations including receiving, inventory control, and merchandise flow to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with multiple vendors to ensure proper stock levels across locations including restaurants and duty-free shops.
• Monitor KPIs for inbound throughput, labor efficiency, and inventory accuracy; manage returns and contingency planning for distribution centers.
• Develop and implement stock procedures and standards; train and coach stock team members across shifts.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs, FDA, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements; maintain accurate records.
