Qualifications

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume airport environment.
• Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on service and sales.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Comfortable working with basic POS systems and technology.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must pass Federal Criminal History Record Check and company background screening.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked sales floor at all times.
• Assist with inventory control, replenishment, and product rotation.
• Support merchandising standards and ensure proper product presentation.
• Follow all operational procedures to support smooth daily store function.
• Work collaboratively with team members and leadership to support store goals.
