Job summary

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is hiring an Airport Rental Agent / Rental Sales Agent to join our team in Provo and American Fork, Utah. This customer-facing role covers car rentals, reservations, agreements, vehicle selection, returns, and added services.

You will help travelers with rentals, upsell products, and ensure smooth operations in a fast-paced airport environment. Prior car rental or customer service experience is a plus, with training provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving history.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with car rentals, reservations, vehicle pickups, extensions, exchanges and returns.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service throughout the rental experience.
• Explain rental rates, vehicle options, protection products, upgrades and additional services.
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Complete rental agreements, verify customer information, and process transactions accurately.
• Answer questions and resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Inspect vehicles before and after rentals and document existing damage or condition issues.
• Help ensure vehicles are clean, inspected, fueled, and rental-ready.
• Learn fleet features to confidently assist customers with vehicle selection.
• Maintain records and follow procedures for contracts, payments, vehicles, and customer information.
• Communicate with coworkers and other departments to keep airport and branch rental operations running efficiently.

We are hiring an Airport Rental Agent / Rental Sales Agent to join our growing team in Provo and American Fork, Utah. This is a customer-facing car rental, customer service, and sales position where you will help travelers with vehicle rentals, reservations, rental agreements, vehicle selection, returns, and optional products and services.
