Job summary

Budget Car and Truck Rental of Utah is hiring a dependable, customer-focused Airport Rental Agent for our Provo location. This position blends customer service, sales, and daily rental operations in a busy airport environment.

You'll help travelers with vehicle rentals, explain available options, process transactions, and ensure vehicles are ready for customers. The position requires availability for the 4:00 PM–12:00 AM shift, including weekends and Sundays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Strong communication, customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable with sales, multitasking and a fast-paced environment.
• Available to consistently work 4 PM–12 AM, including weekends and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with rental reservations, vehicle selection, pickups, returns and exchanges.
• Prepare rental agreements, process payments and maintain accurate records.
• Explain rental options, upgrades and optional protection products.
• Identify sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service.
• Address customer questions and resolve service concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and coordinate with fleet staff to maintain readiness.
• Follow company procedures and support daily airport operations.
