Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is hiring a Ramp Agent for our Ground Handling Department to support baggage handling and aircraft servicing in a fast-paced outdoor airport setting. Training will be provided, and employees report to the General Manager.

This role requires teamwork, reliability, and a strong customer-service mindset to meet company goals. Starting rate is $16.00 per hour with various benefits. Evening, night, and weekend shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of training course
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask

Responsabilités

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft
• Load and unload baggage and cargo
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment
• Guide and park aircraft
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks
• De-ice aircraft
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives
