Piedmont Airlines is hiring a Ramp Agent to support our Ground Handling Department. The role focuses on baggage handling, servicing aircraft, and operating ground support equipment in an outdoor, fast-paced environment. Training will be provided, and the position reports to the General Manager.

Ideal candidates excel in teamwork, safety, and customer service while meeting company goals and adapting to varied shifts, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of training course.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
