Job summary

Unifi Aviation, LLC in Wisconsin is seeking reliable Ramp Agents to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, and operate ramp equipment. Duties include de-icing, cabin service, and safety checks.

No experience is required; paid training is provided. Full-time roles start at 30 hours per week and include benefits, weekly pay, PTO, 401k, flight privileges after 30 days for employees and eligible family members.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to obtain credentials per airport/state requirements.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Marshall aircraft on the ramp during arrivals and departures.
• Load, unload, and sort baggage in/out of aircraft bins.
• Operate ramp equipment (belts, tugs, tows).
• Perform wing walker duties and de-ice as needed.
• Maintain safety procedures and report hazards.
