Job summary

Unifi Aviation LLC is seeking ramp personnel to marshal aircraft, load and unload baggage, de-ice when needed, and operate ramp equipment. You may also perform cabin service tasks and ensure safety on the tarmac in a fast-paced environment.

No experience is required and paid training is provided for all new employees. Full-time positions offer flight privileges after 30 days, weekly pay for hourly staff, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401k,

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain credentials required as per airport or state or customs requirements.
• Possess a valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Marshall all arriving, departing, and towed aircraft on the ramp.
• Perform wing walker duties to protect the aircraft wing from equipment in the path of pushback and de-ice aircraft as required.
• Load, unload, sort and transfer passenger baggage, airmail, freight and company material in and out of aircraft bins, belt loaders or baggage carts.
• Operate ramp equipment like bag tugs, belt loaders, aircraft tow tractors, water servicing vehicles, and lavatory servicing vehicles.
• May be assigned cabin service duties like servicing the aircraft, cleaning lavatories and cabin, restocking supplies, and other items.
• Adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
• Perform other related duties as assigned within the appropriate skill, experience and, capabilities expected for this position.
• Complete work in a safe and secure manner, following company safety and operational standards
• Immediately report safety and security incidents as well as potential hazards in line with the Unifi Fair and Just Culture Policy.
