Job summary

HHS Aviation is seeking a Ramp Agent at the BDL Airport location. The role covers ramp operations, baggage handling, cabin cleaning, GSE maintenance, and customer service to support airline ground services.

Responsibilities include ensuring safety, handling baggage and cargo, preparing aircraft interiors, and coordinating with ground crews. Shift flexibility and background checks are required to join a team delivering reliable airport service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Communicate effectively in English and work well in a team environment.
• Must be willing to work various shifts, weekends, or irregular shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ramp operations and baggage handling.
• Prepare aircraft cabins between flights, replenish lavatories and galleys supplies.
• Tow aircraft and ensure ramp equipment is ready for upcoming flights.
• Perform assigned administrative duties on a voluntary basis (e.g., inspections, cleanliness).
