Job summary

Piedmont Airlines, Inc. is hiring a Ramp Agent to support baggage handling and aircraft servicing in a fast-paced outdoor airport setting. You will participate in Ramp Agent training and report to the General Manager as part of the Ground Handling Department.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading baggage, operating service vehicles, guiding aircraft, and performing cabin and de-icing tasks while maintaining high safety and service standards.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of training course.
• Ability to meet company goals and customer expectations in a high energy environment.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask.

Responsibilities

• Assist with below-the-wing servicing of the aircraft.
• Load and unload baggage and cargo.
• Operate motorized service vehicles and equipment.
• Guide and park aircraft.
• Perform cabin maintenance tasks.
• De-ice aircraft.
• Work as a team to provide excellent customer service and meet corporate objectives.
