Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in a quick-service restaurant.
• Serve Safe Food Manager certification within six months of hire/promotion.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs and perform essential job functions.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily operations of a quick-service restaurant, ensuring compliance with company standards in all areas of operations.
• Oversee production, preparation, customer relations, restaurant maintenance, inventory management, team management, recruiting and financial accountability.
• Maintain the highest quality products and services for customers and uphold TRIFIC values.
