Job summary

Goodwill of Colorado is hiring an Airport Queue Attendant at Denver International Airport. You will help passengers navigate the Queue process, keep traffic moving smoothly, and answer basic questions with a friendly, confident presence.

Role requires the ability to lift, stand long hours, and work mornings or afternoons, weekends, and holidays. Temp-to-hire with potential for full-time placement in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalency required.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 21 years old and pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Welcome travelers and explain the Queue process.
• Assist passengers to navigate TSA security queues.
• Provide directions and information at checkpoints.
• Maintain queue flow and reallocate queues to balance wait times.
• Collect and report checkpoint data metrics.
• Communicate via walkie-talkie and follow direction.
• Support travelers with special needs and veterans or preferred fliers.
