You will lead lease negotiations, concession strategies, and enforcement of contract obligations across facilities and services.

The role requires three years of airport property management experience and a relevant degree; masters or AAAE substitution is possible.

Qualifications

• Three years of airport property management experience or related real estate development.
• Three years of advanced performance level experience including negotiating leases or development.
• Master's degree in business administration, real estate development, economics, or a closely related field may substitute for one year of general or one year of specific experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage real estate assets at Philadelphia Airport and Northeast Philadelphia Airport, including negotiating leases and awarding concessions.
• Coordinate with airline representatives, tenants, concessionaires, aviation officials, attorneys, and external partners.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and enforcement of terms across facilities and services.
