Job summary

Freese and Nichols is seeking a Program Director to manage all phases of the SAT Terminal Development Program at San Antonio International Airport. The role requires onsite leadership, coordination with the Executive Program Manager, and oversight of staff and subconsultants to deliver on time and within budget.

You will develop program management plans, supervise resources, and communicate with the client and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, building construction, construction management, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years' experience in direct management of design/construction programs or Capital Improvement Programs.
• Understanding of municipal budgeting procedures and ability to develop and manage budgets for clients.

Responsibilities

• Leads and directs Facilities & Civil program delivery.
• Executive presentations to stakeholders.
• Responsible for staff management and team growth.
• Develops Program Management plans with schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
• Oversees design-build projects and bidding processes.
• Manages CPM schedules and EVA tracking for the program.
• Coordinates client communications and project reporting.
