The Inland Group of Companies is hiring an Operations Supervisor at the Detroit (DTW) location. You will lead daily operations for the deicing facility, ensuring safety, compliance, and efficient use of equipment and staff.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in airport/airline operations, a college degree or equivalent experience, and training in de/anti-icing. The role offers full-time, on-call winter scheduling and a competitive benefits package in Detroit, MI.

Qualifications

• 5 years of airport/airline operations experience with safety and regulatory compliance knowledge.
• College degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Completion of IDS classroom and on-the-job de/anti-icing training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and provide leadership to improve safety, performance, and customer service at the deicing location.
• Assist General Manager/Operations Manager with station audits and investigations of security issues and accidents.
• Ensure aircraft are deiced properly and airline/manual requirements are met; respond to airline and FAA inquiries.
