Job summary

The City of Boise is seeking Airport Operations Specialists to help keep the Boise Airport safe and efficient. In this role you will patrol, monitor CCTV, run security checks, and assist airline and airport partners in a fast-paced operations hub.

You will work in a 24/7 environment, perform inspections, respond to alarms, and coordinate with TSA/FAA regulations. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state-issued driver’s license required.
• Ability to follow TSA/FAA regulations and airport procedures.
• Capable of operating vehicles safely and handling emergency situations.

Responsibilities

• Patrol airport property by vehicle and monitor security systems.
• Monitor CCTV and access control, respond to alarms and incidents.
• Provide customer service to the public and airport community; assist airlines and vendors.
• Inspect non-movement areas and report conditions; support incident command.
• Perform security inspections of people, property, and vehicles as needed.
