Fountain is seeking a friendly, high-energy Member Growth/Sales Ambassador to engage travelers at the San Jose airport, explain benefits, and enroll new members on the spot. The role emphasizes meeting sales goals in a fast-paced terminal environment with uncapped commissions.

You’ll drive enrollments, support renewals and referrals, and tailor solutions based on traveler needs while maintaining safety and high service standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales experience in retail, hospitality, or face-to-face settings.
• Confident and resilient, able to engage customers and stay motivated after challenges.
• Engaging, concise, and adaptable communication for different travelers.
• Customer-first mindset balancing urgency to close with great service.
• Driven to meet or exceed sales goals through enrollments and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Drive new member enrollments by approaching travelers, pitching, handling objections, and closing sales.
• Grow and retain membership through renewals, reactivations, and referrals.
• Tailor offerings (e.g., TSA PreCheck enrollment) based on traveler needs.
• Create positive experiences by guiding travelers to enrollment confidently.
• Own results by focusing on individual and team goals.
• Operate safely and compliantly, following security protocols and company standards.
