• Able to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist electrical, HVAC, and plumbing technicians.
• Perform scheduled and non-scheduled preventative maintenance tasks.
• Monitor HVAC airflow and distribution in Terminals.
• Change HVAC filters.
• Maintain, repair, and replace electrical motors.
• Maintain, repair, and replace water and hydraulic pumps.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues.
• Ensure proper use of tools for cutting, bending, and welding of equipment.
• Carry out detailed evaluation of equipment for proper use.
• Carry out repairs on ceilings, floors, and walls with plaster/spackle and painting.
• Inspect equipment like refrigerators and air conditioners for cleaning, speed, temp, lubrication.
• Repair and change locks; perform complex lock servicing for safety.
• Read, write, and understand English.
