Job summary

Daifuku North America is looking for a Maintenance Manager in Atlanta, Georgia, to oversee daily maintenance operations. You will manage a team to ensure safety and efficiency while performing system maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of relevant experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to work flexible hours. Compensation will be commensurate with experience and aligned with industry standards.

Qualifications

• 3 years’ experience in a related trade.
• Must have own set of hand tools common to the trade.
• Strong hydraulic/pneumatic troubleshooting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of employees to meet maintenance schedules.
• Coordinate repairs and manage daily preventive maintenance program.
• Train and motivate maintenance site personnel towards company objectives.

Skills

Ability to read and understand basic electrical/hydraulic schematics

Ability to work a non-traditional schedule

Customer service skills

Safety compliance knowledge

Education

High School Graduate, GED, or equivalent work experience

Associate’s Degree in a related field

Tools

Hand tools common to the trade

Microsoft Office Suite
