Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge Wait Staff for the DELTA SKY CLUB at DCA. This full-time role requires open availability across shifts.

You will warmly greet guests, guide them through menus, and deliver courteous, attentive service to ensure a premium dining experience. Responsibilities include taking orders, guiding beverage selections, and coordinating with kitchen staff to maintain quality and timing.

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 1 year related experience.
• May require a valid alcohol-service certification (TIPS/TEAM) or equivalent and must comply with state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus, and introduce specials.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages, and wine; answer questions about allergens and prep.
• Take and relay orders accurately to the kitchen and confirm with guests.
• Check items for quality and presentation; ensure attractiveness and consistency.
• Monitor guest needs and address concerns professionally.
• Significant walking or mobility required; stand for extended periods.
• Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds depending on tasks.
