Job summary

Hyde Park Hospitality is hiring a Porter for The Club lounge located in the Grand Rapids Gerald R. Ford International Airport. The role is full-time, with a schedule from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Friday, at the Grand Rapids lounge.

Pay is $18.00–$19.00 per hour, with a $200 sign-on bonus. Responsibilities include stocking, inventory, cleaning, and assisting with lounge operations to ensure guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or guest-facing environments.
• Ability to stand throughout shift and manage a fast-paced workflow.
• Must pass security background check for airport environment.
• WF FIFO and proper food storage handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Clean and organize storage areas with FIFO and ensure food safety.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all storage areas.
• Restock beverage stations, pantry, and kitchen to par levels.
• Put away deliveries following FIFO.
• Maintain receiving and temperature logs.
• Perform inventory count.
• Label and date products.
• Assist with cleaning of lounge areas.
• Assist with trash removal throughout lounge.
• Other duties as assigned.
