Hyde Park Hospitality, LLC is hiring an Airport Lounge Attendant to deliver exceptional service inside The Club lounge at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport. The role includes delivering orders to tables, maintaining high food quality, and engaging guests to ensure a memorable experience.

The position pays $16.50 per hour with a $200 sign-on bonus and a $10 per day commute stipend. Benefits include medical insurance, vacation, and a 401K plan.

Qualifications

• Warm, friendly, and outgoing demeanor to engage guests.
• Clear, courteous communication with guests and team members.
• Ability to stay composed and attentive under pressure.
• Reasonable physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift light items.
• Knowledge of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Ability to pass background check and obtain required airport clearances.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve complaints per policy.
• Act as liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Communicate food orders to chefs and note special requests.
• Assist with table setting and placement of tableware.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and safely.
• Check in with guests and refill water as needed.
• Notify staff of guest feedback or requests.
• Maintain knowledge of menu and offerings.
