Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor for the UNITED CLUB at PDX. The role oversees daily food service operations across fast casual, coffee, cafeterias, events, and casual dining, coordinating with management on-site to ensure quality and customer satisfaction.

The position requires a team-oriented, reliable candidate with at least 1 year of related experience; supervisory experience is preferred. Workdays are afternoon/evenings with rotation shifts; extensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience
• Previous supervisory experience preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced airport environment

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in daily oversight of key functions and employees
• Assist in maintaining a safe working environment for all employees
• Facilitate orientation and training of new staff
• Coordinate with customers to ensure satisfaction in quality and service
• Attend scheduled shifts reliably
