Job summary

Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge F&B Supervisor for UNITED CLUB - GUM, Guam. This full-time role oversees on-site food operations across fast casual, coffee/counter service, cafeterias, events, and casual dining, aligning with management directives.

You will coordinate daily activities, facilitate employee orientation and training, and partner with customers to ensure quality, service, and issue resolution, while maintaining safety and regular attendance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related work experience.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Team-oriented, adaptable, reliable, and nurturing of a healthy/safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide support to management in the daily oversight of key functions and employees during the normal course of business.
• Assist in ensuring a safe working environment throughout the facility for all employees.
• Facilitate orientation and training of employees.
• Work with customers to ensure satisfaction in such areas as quality, service, and problem resolution.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
• Other duties may be assigned and can differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements.
