Sodexo is hiring an Airport Lounge Wait Staff to deliver attentive service in a lounge setting. You will greet guests, present menus, and take orders with accuracy while maintaining high standards of hospitality.

The role requires steady walking, lifting up to 50 pounds, and compliance with local alcohol-service rules where applicable. The position is part-time with flexible shifts; training and development opportunities are provided along with Sodexo's broad benefits program.

Qualificações

• 0–1 year related experience is preferred.
• Must be at or over the minimum age to serve alcohol where required.
• May require TIPS/TEAM or equivalent alcohol-service certification and state-specific training.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and seat guests, present menus and highlight specials.
• Provide recommendations on meals, beverages and wine; answer questions on allergens.
• Take and relay orders to the kitchen; ensure accuracy and timing.
• Check presentations for quality and consistency; ensure guest satisfaction.
• Address guest requests or concerns with professionalism.
