Qualifications

• Demonstrates the ability to interact with guests and coworkers in a friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing manner.
• Ability to present information clearly in one-on-one and group settings.
• Maintains composure under pressure and awareness of surroundings and cultural differences.
• Must maintain a presentable appearance and service standards.
• Understanding of hygiene and food safety rules.
• Physical ability to carry heavy trays and stand long hours.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends.
• Multi-tasking abilities.
• Good oral communication skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays.
• Pass and maintain necessary licenses/certifications including alcohol server and health dept certifications.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a positive guest experience and resolve complaints.
• Act as liaison between Front of House and Back of House staff.
• Communicate food orders to chefs and note priorities/allergies.
• Assist wait staff with table setup and service.
• Serve food and beverages in a timely and safe manner.
• Check with guests for further orders or water refills.
• Inform staff about guest feedback or requests.
• Maintain knowledge of all offerings.
• Remove dirty dishes and utensils.
• Answer questions about ingredients and menu items.
• Ensure timely delivery of items ordered.
• Assist with trash removal in the lounge.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
