Bradford Airport Logistics (BAL) is seeking an Airport General Manager to lead a large-scale CRDC operation serving DFW Airport. You will oversee a 24/7 schedule, manage a 100+ team across receiving, storage, delivery, and recycling, and hold full P&L responsibility with a focus on safety, compliance, and service excellence.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in aviation logistics leadership, strong financial acumen, TSA/DOT/OSHA proficiency, and a track record of optimizing complex operations in

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Aviation Management, or 5+ years leadership in aviation logistics.
• Experience leading 100+ employees in 24/7 operations.
• Full P&L responsibility with budgeting and KPI management.
• Knowledge of TSA, DOT, CDL, OSHA regulations in secure airport environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead a 24/7 CRDC operation serving concessionaires and terminal logistics.
• Own P&L for CRDC; manage labor, fleet, inventory, and costs.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness in secure environments.
• Mentor managers and drive operational excellence and workforce planning.
• Strengthen partnerships with airport authorities and vendors.
