Job summary

Neonline Logistics is expanding its Phoenix operation and seeks a safety-first Forklift Driver to support time-critical freight handling on-site at PHX. The role requires operating sit-down/stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks, plus strict adherence to safety, OSHA standards, and TSA requirements.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading trucks, staging shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory using RF scanners and the Warehouse Management System.

Qualifications

• OSHA-compliant forklift operator certification required (or ability to obtain/renew certification upon hire).
• Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment.
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs; capable of extended shifts in a non-climate-controlled warehouse in Arizona.
• Must pass background check and TSA security badging requirements where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts, reach trucks, and pallet jacks to move freight.
• Load and unload inbound/outbound freight ensuring safe weight distribution and space utilization.
• Stage and sequence shipments to meet tight airport cutoff times; log inventory with RF scanners and WMS.
• Handle shipping paperwork (manifests, bills of lading) and flag OS&D promptly.
• Maintain safety, perform pre-shift inspections, and adhere to TSA/security procedures.
• Support drivers/dispatchers during peak periods and assist with cross-training.
