Paradies Lagardere is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Utility Staff member to support daily kitchen operations inside GRR International Airport in Grand Rapids, MI. The role focuses on cleanliness, dishwashing, food prep assistance, and stocking supplies to ensure smooth kitchen performance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a kitchen utility or similar role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively in a team.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in all kitchen areas, including dishwashing and surfaces.
• Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, pots, and pans.
• Assist with food preparation tasks under supervision.
• Stock supplies and organize kitchen storage areas.
• Assist with disposal of waste and recycling following procedures.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean kitchen environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to aid in plating and garnishing.
• Help set up and break down kitchen stations before and after service.
• Take direction from the kitchen manager and maintain a positive work environment.
